Atas Terms of Use

By accessing or logging into the Atas gaming platform—including its websites, subdomains, and related URLs—you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use outlined below. These terms govern all interactions between you and Atas and will serve as the primary reference in the event of any disputes. Please read them carefully before creating an Atas account.

General Terms

  • Binding Agreement: By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Use in full. Atas reserves the right to update or amend the terms at any time without prior notice or approval.

  • Responsibility: It is your responsibility to read and understand the Terms of Use and the specific Game Rules for each product you choose to play. Atas reserves the right to add or remove games from the platform at any time without prior notice.

Member’s Account

  • Age Verification: To access the Atas platform, you must be of legal age as defined by your local laws. Atas reserves the right to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to verify your age and may suspend your account until the required documentation is submitted.

  • Personal Information: By using Atas’s services, you agree to the processing of your personal data for purposes including access, participation in promotions, and payment transactions. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current account information; failure to do so may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

  • One Account Rule: Each user is permitted to maintain only one account with Atas. If multiple accounts are detected, Atas reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts involved and confiscate any remaining balance.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential. Any actions performed using your account will be regarded as valid bets. It is recommended that you update your password regularly for added security.

  • Inactive Accounts: Accounts that remain inactive for six (6) consecutive months may be terminated, and any remaining funds could be forfeited or donated to a charity chosen by Atas.

  • Data Security: Atas is committed to protecting your personal information and has implemented advanced encryption technologies to ensure the security of your data.

Deposits & Withdrawals

  • Deposits: Deposits will be credited to your account once they are received, processed, and verified. Deposits made through payment methods not registered in your name may be considered invalid.

  • Payment Methods: Deposits can be made through approved payment solutions or manual direct transfers. Payments cannot be collected by unauthorized third-party providers on behalf of Atas.

  • Error Handling: If funds are mistakenly credited to your account, you must notify Atas immediately. Atas reserves the right to void any bets placed with these funds and recover them.

  • Withdrawal Limits: You are allowed up to three (3) withdrawal requests per day, with a daily maximum limit of RM 30,000. A turnover of at least one (1) times the deposit value is required before you can request a withdrawal.

  • Withdrawal Fees: Atas may impose a handling fee on withdrawal requests to cover third-party transaction costs.

  • Currency & Account Holder: Withdrawals must be made in the same currency as the deposit and to the registered account holder. Once a withdrawal is processed, cancellations are not allowed.

  • Money Laundering: Atas monitors all transactions for potential money laundering activities. If suspicious behavior is detected, Atas may suspend your account and withhold funds until verification is completed.

Betting Transactions

  • Binding Bets: All bets placed on the platform are final. Once a bet is confirmed (via a confirmation note or Ticket ID), it cannot be altered or canceled, even in the event of a disconnection.

  • Technical Glitches: In the case of a technical issue, such as software, hardware, or connectivity problems, bets may be canceled or voided.

  • Maximum Payouts:The maximum payout limits for each game are set by the game providers. Atas does not have control over these limits.

  • Suspicion of Fraud: Atas reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activities, such as arbitrage betting or using plug-ins to gain an unfair advantage.

Collusion & Abuse Activities

  • Improper Methods: Atas reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in collusion, abuse, or manipulation, including arbitrage betting or using technology to obtain an unfair advantage.

  • System Manipulation: The use of viruses, Trojans, worms, or any other malicious software is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

  • Suspension for Suspicious Activities: If Atas detects suspicious or irregular betting behavior, such as manipulating betting turnover or engaging in arbitrage betting, we reserve the right to suspend or close accounts.

System Interruptions & Force Majeure

  • External Factors: In the event of external issues (such as poor internet connection, server errors, etc.), the final outcomes will be determined based on the most recent recorded data from Atas and the game provider.

  • Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, hacking), Atas will issue updates and notifications accordingly.

Terms of Use Administration

  • Language: The English version of the Terms of Use shall be considered the official version. In case of any discrepancies between versions in other languages, the English version will take precedence.

  • Amendments: Atas has the right to alter any terms or policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon announcement.

  • Support: Atas provides round-the-clock customer support to help with any questions or issues you may have. Our professional team is always available to assist you.
